2021 ACCENTURE ADELAIDE CYBER SECURITY TRAINEESHIP

The Digital Engineering Apprenticeship program seeks out passionate, technically minded school leavers to partner with top-tier businesses in a three year paid to learn training model. This apprenticeship has been led by SA Power Networks and developed at the direct request of business leaders from across the engineering community to produce the specific type of digital specialists they want on their teams. Higher apprentices meet the digital needs of businesses and gain real world project experience, while earning an industry recognised qualification in a partnership.

Students gain extensive knowledge of industry 4.0, customisation, and product life cycle management through studying the Diploma of Applied Technologies. The Diploma of Applied Technologies provides the skills and knowledge to help individuals in industry 4.0 manufacturing and/or engineering environments explore problems, which can be solved using technology. Participants use a systems approach to troubleshoot every aspect of the ‘smart factory’, and they incorporate concepts of innovation and change to achieve tangible outcomes.

Additional customised content may also be available including GIS, Visual, CAD Systems and Programming. For more information please click here. Applications close 20 September 2020, click here to apply.

YEAR 11 AND YEAR 12 STUDENTS VET CERTIFICATE 3

Students undertaking a VET Certificate 3 are reminded keep up to date with their scheduled workload and competency completion, and any required work placements and log book entries. If you do not meet set deadlines your Certificate 3 may not be included in your SACE and therefore will not contribute to your ATAR. There is great flexibility this year due to COVID, however please ensure you are fully aware of all deadlines.

A reminder that any Work Placement must be approved by Mr Vizaniaris at least two weeks before it is undertaken. If you complete Work Experience without his approval it will not count, and you will not be covered by insurance putting both you and the employer at risk.

The deadline for paperwork for the upcoming holidays is now. If you have any issues please see Mr Vizaniaris as soon as possible.
